MCC stands for Mindful Collective Co. 

Established in 2018, Mindful Collective Co brings together wellness brands B Yoga and Halfmoon. The joining of these two brands was a perfect union of two companies with like values and complementary offerings, and we continue to grow side-by-side across Canada, the USA and internationally every day.

Yes! We are a proudly born, raised, and operated Canadian Company. 

We have two Canadian facilities; one in Burnaby, BC and the other in Markham, Ontario.  We also have two American satellites; a distribution centre located in Charlotte, North Carolina and a sales office in Los Angeles, California.

In an effort to make ordering from B Yoga and Halfmoon easier, we have created a unified wholesale website for our customers. If you had an account on our old website, you should have received an email to activate your new account. All you need to do is login to your account, add products to your cart, then check out when you're ready. The wholesale discount will already be applied and shipping will be calculated upon check out. Once you’ve processed payment for your order, you will receive an email confirmation.

Our minimum order quantity is $300 and this can be met by adding any quantity of products across both brands.

We do not take backorders or orders for sold out items. We restock most of our items when they run out of stock so keep checking back or email us for more information on the status of a particular product.

All orders that have been canceled before being processed/shipped will be refunded to your credit card after a few business days. We are not able to cancel an order after it has already been shipped. We are happy to refund your credit card once the order is returned back to us, excluding any shipping charges. Please see return policy for details.

Prepayment is required for all orders and we accept payment via all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Canadian customers will have to pay federal and provincial taxes associated with the province indicated on the shipping address during checkout.  Customers in the United States will only pay State tax if they are located in North Carolina where our warehouse is located.  

When you are logged in to your account, you will be able to see past order details.  For orders placed on the old Halfmoon and B Yoga sites you will need to request past invoices from your sales representative or customer satisfaction.

In addition to the time-honored ancient beauty of gold and silver, our jewelry is also crafted from solid precious metals because of their durability and recyclability. We re-use the waste materials of our design and production processes. All of the raw precious metals we use are made from recycled material, purchased from green certified refineries that meet the highest standards for ethical sourcing and minimal environmental impact. We also recycle all of our scraps generated in the development and production process of our jewelry. 

All of our stones are conflict-free, from sources that adhere to the Kimberley Process or from Canadian mines. When we wear recycled materials we honor our own power to adapt, reinvent and flourish. It also reduces our carbon footprint. And by using gems sourced from Canadian mines and Kimberly-certified distributors, we support an honest day’s work.

We also use lab-created stones for some of our colored gemstones to further reduce the impact of mining rare natural gems out of the ground. They are visually and chemically the exactly the same as mined stones, but do not contribute to the land destruction and resource depletion in the way that naturally-mined stones do. We offer our custom bridal clients the option to choose lab-created diamonds, which also are exactly the same as natural diamonds, except they don’t require the environmental damage incurred in mining.

Creating our jewelry in the USA in-house and with small independent producers is an incredibly important aspect of our philosophy. It not only allows us to work closely with the artisans fabricating the jewelry, but it also enables us to deliver handmade pieces to order - keeping a close eye on quality, which we wouldn’t be able to do if we were shipping them from overseas. More importantly, as an American company we want to support other creatives, namely other jewelers, stone setters, casters, CAD artists, and US-based suppliers to the industry. Our jewelry requires precision in fabrication, and that means skilled work from talented individuals. A history of quality craftsmanship is part of the American tradition and has in recent history been in danger of being lost forever in various industries.  Even though we’re small, we’re a company creating new products and we want to be part of supporting the revival of that tradition as well as supporting other small businesses.

Shipping + handling

We can ship anywhere in the world but rates vary according to distance. We use UPS and Federal Express, depending on the destination country.  Please contact us for specific rates.

At this time, we can only offer free standard shipping to Europe or the UK on orders of minimum $100.

We will ship your order within a few business days after order placement. Note that shipping times may increase during peak times of the year (holidays/sales). Once orders are sent out the travel time will vary based on shipping destination.

All orders are automatically fulfilled and forwarded through our warehouses. With that said, we are unable to accommodate pick-ups for orders.

Once your order is processed and shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please click on the tracking number to receive updates on the progress of your shipment. 

Click on your tracking number to double check that all boxes have been delivered, as sometimes larger orders may be delivered over two days.

Product

We offer a wide variety of mats so you are sure to find something that will fit your unique classes and student’s needs. In general for more traditional yoga practices we recommend our B MAT which is known for its grippy texture in both heated and non-heated classes. For a wider array of activities including yoga, pilates, and conditioning we also offer the Deluxe and Studio mat which offer a lightweight and long lasting support for your students.

The best way to clean your B MAT is by wiping the surface on a regular basis with plain water and neutral soap or use our tested and approved B CLEAN Mat Spray. Alternatively you could whip up a cleaning solution with enzymatic action by mixing half water and half vinegar or lemon juice. Any of these options are an effective gentle cleaner, great on a B MAT surface.

We suggest avoiding using solvents or harsh abrasives as these will break down the compounds that keep the B MAT grippy and supportive.

While placing the mats on display, be sure to put them away from direct sunlight and keep them in the cellophane packaging. This will ensure the mats maintain their grip and structure, and are ready for practice when your customers unwrap them. 

When the B MAT is not in use, it should be stored indoors, away from direct sunlight. Direct sun exposure to your B MAT can cause UV damage and dehydration. When rolling the B MAT for storage, please roll it with the logo facing the outward. This will prevent creasing in your B MAT.

This is dependent on a number of things. 1) How often you practice. 2) Your style of practice. 3) How you care for your mat. Our mats are made of high quality ingredients and constructed to withstand heat, sweat, and a vigorous vinyasa flow, several times a week for several years. If you clean your mat gently after each class, store it away from sunlight between practices you will be able to extend the life of your mat for 3+ years.

Since the B Mat’s are made of a natural and biodegradable rubber, it is not uncommon to see some signs of wear on the surface of the mat over the course of its life. This will depend on the style and frequency of practice, as well as how the mat is cared for. Signs of abrasion on the surface are normal and may be exaggerated from friction either in sliding during practice, or how the mat is transported to and from class.

To ensure your mats last the test of time, wipe down the B Mat on a regular basis with plain water, neutral soap or B Clean, hang up to dry, and roll with the B Mat logo facing out away from direct sunlight. 

The B Mat does not contain any known carcinogens such as PVC, and are manufactured in full compliance with air, water, and land emission requirements worldwide. The B Mat is biodegradable. We take pride in the fact that the B Mat will not last in a landfill for hundreds of years, and as such you will see natural wear on the mat through the course of its life. 

The best way to care for your bolsters and zabutons is to remove the cover, machine wash on a cool delicate cycle and hang to dry.

The best way to care for your meditation cushions is to unzip the case, remove the cover, in some cases empty the buckwheat into another container, then machine wash on a cool, delicate cycle, and hang to dry. 

For lint removal wipe with latex glove. 

Always be mindful of storing bolsters and cushions upright and in an easy to grab space so that the handles are not pulled at too hard.

The great thing about cork is that the natural material is inherently antimicrobial which means it is fairly low maintenance. If you want to clean your cork products you can try a natural antimicrobial spray (like the B CLEAN) and wipe, or you can place your cork product in a ziplock bag with some baking soda and place the bag in the freezer overnight. Just like that, fresh cork props.
