Products purchased under the Studio Pricing Agreement are not for resale. If you'd like to resell Halfmoon and/or B Yoga products, please contact your sales representative and we will update your account details, and provide you with additional information!
To qualify for studio pricing, orders must be a minimum of $300 CAD (before shipping and taxes).
Orders must be paid in full before we ship them. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Occasionally we have to adjust our prices in response to changes in our costs. This may happen without notice.
Making Changes to an Order
If you submitted the order before you were ready, we’ll do our best to help. Please reach out to our Customer Satisfaction team within 60 minutes of placing your order.
Keep in mind that we are unable to edit or make changes to orders once payment has been processed and order confirmed. If you would like to change your order we will check with our team that it has not been shipped and cancel your order so that you can place a new order with everything you wish to receive.
All orders that have been canceled before being processed/shipped will be refunded to your credit card after 3-5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times. We are not able to cancel an order after it has already been shipped. Please see return policy for details.

In an effort to maintain pricing transparency we are unable to offer complimentary shipping on orders. Shipping will automatically be calculated at checkout depending on the size of your order and distance from our warehouse.
Studio discounted pricing applies on orders over $300. Your first order will ship for free when the code UNIFIED is applied at checkout. All subsequent orders will be subject to shipping costs. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.
All wholesale orders are Final Sale, if a product is damaged upon arrival or defective please see Damaged/Defective claims below.
Damaged/Defective Products and Fulfillment Errors
We take pride in the quality of our products and our order fulfillment practices. In the unlikely event you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item in your shipment, please let us know right away and we'll make it right.
