Use of this site signifies your agreement to the terms and conditions listed below. Please read these terms carefully before using the site.Mindful Collective Co. Inc. (“MCC”) makes all reasonable efforts to update its website and to provide accurate, timely information. However, there may be some errors and/or omissions and MCC has the right to reject any internet order if the system has made an error with price or quantity.
Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and can change at any given time.
Order Processing and Shipping
Our goal is that orders will leave our warehouse within 7-10 business days from when your order is placed. Please note that for orders with a high quantity of soft goods (Bolsters, Zabutons, Meditation Cushions), additional time may be required to prepare these products for shipping. Please see our COVID-19 Information Page for more information on any possible delays.
We accept returns and exchanges on most products purchased from Mindful Collective up to 30 days after you receive your order. Items must be in the original packaging, and additional shipping fees may apply. For more information please review our Returns Policy.

To cancel an order you please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org.. Please include your name, company name, and order date. If you request cancellation of an order we will make every attempt to stop the delivery before it ships. If the order has already shipped, you will be responsible for shipping charges from and to the company. All credits will be made within 30 days of merchandise return or cancellation authorization. Orders for custom products are made to order cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed. You will receive confirmation from customer service that your order has been cancelled via e-mail. CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT FINAL UNTIL YOU RECEIVE CONFIRMATION FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Assumption of Risk / Limitation of Liability
The Customer and each user of MCC products are solely responsible for the proper use thereof. Improper use may result in personal injury. MCC will not be liable for any direct, special, indirect or consequential damages arising out of the improper use of the MCC products. In no event will MCC be liable for any special, punitive, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or loss of use of the MCC products.
No modification may be made to these Terms and Conditions unless the same is in writing, signed by an authorized representative of MCC. These Terms and Conditions represent the entire understanding between MCC and Customer and there are no oral understandings. These Terms and Conditions supersede any prior discussions, understandings or agreements between Customer and MCC. Customer acknowledges that MCC would not sell the products to Customer without each of these Terms and Conditions being effective. Should any portion of these Terms and Conditions be unenforceable or unlawful, the balance shall remain in full force and effect, to the extent legally possible.
The entire content included in this site, including but not limited to text, graphics or code is copyrighted as a collective work under the Canadian and other copyright laws, and is the property of MCC. Copyright 2029, Mindful Collective Co. Inc. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with MCC or purchasing MCC products. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with MCC or to purchase MCC products. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by MCC. You further agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the site.
All trademarks, service marks and trade names of MCC used in the site are trademarks or registered trademarks of B YOGA INC., subsidiary of MCC.
In the event that a MCC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, MCC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. MCC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, MCC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by MCC without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
MCC may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the coordinates you have provided to MCC.
Your use of this site shall be governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to choice of law provisions. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of MCC products) shall be in the province of Ontario. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of MCC products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises MCC’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. MCC may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
MCC warrants to the purchaser of this Product (“Purchaser”) that the Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service (the “Warranty”) for six months from the date of delivery (the “Warranty Period”). “Normal use and service” means that the product is used for yoga in an indoor residential or studio environment. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or use of mat cleaners containing oils will void this warranty. A Product in breach of the Warranty during the Warranty Period shall be considered a “Defective Product.” Purchaser may return the Defective Product, to the Seller during the Warranty Period for a replacement product. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS WARRANTY AGREEMENT CONTAIN THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY RELATING TO THIS PRODUCT AND ARE IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTY OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF SELLER. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT RECEIVED BY SELLER FROM THE PURCHASER OF THIS PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE TO ANYONE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY AGREEMENT.
